RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that each and every one of our clients are completely happy with their subscription box.  We do so by requiring all of our clients to complete a very detailed questionnaire on their styling preferences. Our professional stylists will then use this information to curate a box specific to each client.  Because of the care that we take with each individual order and being that the items are direct from the designer showrooms in different parts of Africa. We only honor exchanges for damaged products or sizing issues. For subscribers: We highly encourage our clients to ensure that their provided information sizing, style etc is correct and kept up-to-date. 

 

Unworn items with tags attached are required for an exchange or we cannot provide an exchange due to COVID19. We will determine on a case by case basis whether a return merits an exchange or credit. We ask that if an item does not work for you, that you let us know how we can adjust your future subscription items as we do not offer refunds.

Subscription can be canceled at any time. You must email us by the last day of the desired last month of your subscription to avoid paying for the following month's box. For further clarification or question email us at hello@adornmeafrica.com.
