RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that each and every one of our clients are completely happy with their subscription box. We do so by requiring all of our clients to complete a very detailed questionnaire on their styling preferences. Our professional stylists will then use this information to curate a box specific to each client. Because of the care that we take with each individual order and being that the items are direct from the designer showroom in different parts of Africa. We only honor exchanges for damaged products or major sizing issues. We highly encourage our members to ensure that their provided information is correct. We do understand with sizing it’s not an exact science so we will provide an alterations credit and information for alterations specialist in your particular area by email request.

 

Unworn items with tags are required for consideration of an exchange or that exchange will not be honored. We will determine on a case to case basis whether a return merits an exchange or credit. We ask that if an item does not work for you, that you let us know how we can adjust your future purchases and re-gift the item to a friend or loved one as we do not offer refunds.

 

Subscription can be canceled at any time. You must email us by the 5th of the month to avoid paying for that months box.
