How can I find out where my clothing is from?

Included in each box will be a lookbook with details on the brands featured.

How can I determine what my sizes are?

When is my package going to be shipped?

Upon receipt of your order confirmation, your shipping information will be included in your email. In the event that the shipping information is not provided with your order confirmation, shipping information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

When will my credit card be charged for my purchase every month?

Initial charge will be processed upon completion of your style profile. Subsequent charges will be communicated with you once your order is processed.

Do you accept exchanges?

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that each and every one of our clients are completely happy with their subscription box. We do so by requiring all of our clients to complete a very detailed questionnaire on their styling preferences. Our professional stylists will then use this information to curate a box specific to each client. Because of the care that we take with each individual order we only honor returns for damaged products or sizing issues. We highly encourage our members to assure their provided information is correct. Unworn and original packaging along with tags is required or your exchange will not be honored. We will determine on a case to case basis whether a return merits an exchange-. We ask that if an item does not work for you, that you regift the item to a friend or loved one as we do not offer refunds.
